Doina has worked with Cartier on multiple occasions. For the launch of “Clash de Cartier”, a select number of creatives from around the world were selected to create an interactive and modern take on Cartier jewellery. This was the second time Doina worked with the french house, first time being for the brand’s sunglasses launch in Marrakech. Followed by a 3rd partnership between Cartier and Doina for the “Guirlande de Cartier” bag.
For its special relaunch of the iconic 70’s Casquette watch, Girard-Perregaux hired Doina to direct produce a campaign for the brand. With a very specific brief to represent the watch’s 70’s “geek” cult, Doina created a colourful and vintage inspired campaign to compliment the product’s communication.
Doina was tapped by Monica Vinader to design a capsule collection in 2019. This first collection by the duo, launched in 2020, launched not just a successful collaboration but also the usage of recycled silver in the company. The success of the first collection with coveted sold out pieces led to 2 more capsules throughout 2021, with a 4th one in the making and launching spring 2022.
